QUESTION:
Do You Have a Catalog?

ANSWER:
NO. Because we are constantly adding new Products in order to be able to offer you the current "Hot Sellers", a Hard Copy Catalog is not a practical expense. The only catalog we currently have available is our 'Online Catalog'


QUESTION:
What is Drop Shipping?

ANSWER:
Drop Shipping is the process by which you have us ship orders directly to your customers without revealing that the order was shipped by our site. This is a great way for you to increase profit margins as it saves you on the initial shipping charges you would incur if you had to have the order shipped to you first for you to send to your customer. All orders we ship use the return address of "Customer Service Center". This makes you look as though you are a large corporation with your own fulfillment center. It also ensures that should the customer need to return any items, or the package is undeliverable, it is returned to us so we can issue you an immediate credit.
Drop shipping enables you to offer a huge variety of products without the expense of keeping your own inventory.
To have us Drop Ship an Order, you simply use your Customers information when asked to supply a "Shipping Address".


QUESTION:
Does it Cost Extra for Drop Shipping?

ANSWER:
NO. Unlike other Wholesalers, we do not charge you a surcharge to Drop Ship directly to your Customers. The purpose of Drop Shipping is to SAVE YOU MONEY, not charge you more.


QUESTION:
Do I need a Membership of some kind to be able to order from JupiterWholesale.com?

ANSWER:
NO. The only thing you need to do is register when placing your first order. Their is no cost to register and you will be emailed your username and password to use a reference for your future orders.  This will save you time during checkout on any future orders as your primary information will already be on file.

QUESTION:
Do I have to purchase the products for my online auctions in advance?

ANSWER:
No. that's the best Part of buying from us! We will ship directly to your customer at no additional charge. However, if you guarantee a delivery time, (For example.."All orders shipped within 48 hours of payment") then it is recommended you purchase your products in advance so that you can ship to your customers and meet any promised deadlines. While we make every attempt to ship all orders within 2 business days, we do not guarantee this shipping time as occasionally high order volume may cause delays. From November 15th-December 25th, please allow up to 5 Business Days for your order to ship.

QUESTION:
What payment methods do you accept?

ANSWER:
We accept: PAYPAL, MONEY ORDER, PERSONAL or BUSINESS CHECKS, Western Union Wire Transfers, Bidpay.com, Direct Deposit ($12 Surcharge Applies) and Cash. . At checkout, you will receive any pertinent information required to use your selected payment means.

QUESTION:
How Much Will My Order Cost to Ship?

ANSWER:
Our Shopping Cart is integrated with UPS and USPS to calculate shipping based on weight and destination. If you feel that the shipping price being quoted at checkout is inaccurate, please email us so we can insure you are being charged properly.
International Orders are assessed an additional $5.00 fee for Special Handling, REGARDLESS OF ORDER SIZE OR SHIPPING METHOD.

To determine the S&H in the US, just add any item(s) to your cart. In the cart, the S&H will be determined for you. If it does not come up, just impute your zip code ( Or 90210 ) and it will be calculated for you. Since it's based on weight, destination and shipping method chosen, I can not give you a general estimate. Please note, the calculator defaults to the last method chosen not the cheapest, so you may want to check the various shipping methods to determine which is the cheapest.

To determine International shipping, you must go all the way to the end of the checkout and then impute the international address and select the country. Once you have done this once, the default shipping quote in your cart will always come up with the International S&H to that country until you change it. So all you have to do is add the item to your cart to get an international shipping quote. You do not need to purchase the item to get this quote.

 QUESTION:
How long does it take for my order to ship?

ANSWER:
Normally, your order will leave our warehouse within 48 hours (second business day).

QUESTION:
How can you guarantee my customer will not contact you directly?

ANSWER:
Our company name does not appear on anything that will be exposed to your customers, including invoices, products, warranties, or packaging materials. Due to stricter enforcement of shipping regulations post 9/11, we can no longer ship using your information. All orders are shipped using "Customer Service Center" to ensure we are shielded from your customer.

QUESTION:
What shipping methods do you use?

ANSWER:
Orders totaling less than 13 oz. in weight are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail. ( If your order requires delivery tracking, then you must select USPS Priority or UPS service at checkout. For USPS 1st class shipments, we are not responsible for packages lost or claimed 'unreceived' by your customers and you will be required to resubmit your order for a replacement order to be shipped).
Orders weighing 13oz. - 3lbs. are shipped using USPS Priority service with delivery confirmation. Insurance is available for an additional charge.
Orders weighing 3lbs. or more are shipped using UPS. You may login to your Customer Account at any time to view the status and tracking information for every order placed through us. To login, visit our 'Contact Us' page or use the link provided in the email confirmation of your order.

QUESTION:
What if you are out of something I order?

ANSWER:
On rare occasions that we do not have the item that you ordered and it is not listed as 'Out-of-Stock', a Customer Service Representative will contact you to see if you would like to wait on stock, choose a substitute or cancel the order.

QUESTION:
Do you ship outside of the continental U.S.?

ANSWER:
Yes, we ship orders Internationally to those countries considered low risk by our Freight Carriers. International orders will be assessed a $5.00 Special Handling Fee to cover the extra handling procedures required to ship outside the United States.

QUESTION:
I am an International Customer who would like to order, but my Country is not on your pull down menu?

ANSWER:
Our Shopping cart is designed to accept Orders from all Countries the freight carriers consider "Low-Risk" to ship to. If your country is not on our Pull-Down Menu, contact us.  We may be able to facilitate your order, but this can not be guranteed.

QUESTION:
My customer says they never received their order, what should I do?

ANSWER:
1.) Check your Customer account by logging in through our 'Contact Us' page. Check to see if the tracking number is with your customer's invoice.
2.) If you can not find tracking, then email us with the order # and customer's last name.
3.) We will supply you with any available tracking/freight information.

We are not responsible for items lost during delivery. To avoid this possibility, we highly recommend you select USPS PRIORITY or UPS GROUND for your orders, otherwise you would need to reorder AND PAY for the order to be shipped again.

QUESTION:
Do you offer Quantity Discounts?

ANSWER:
All product discounts are shown at the bottom of each product description. If you are looking to purchase an item in quantities much larger than those listed on the site, then please contact us via email using our 'Contact Us' tab and we will supply you with a quote for bulk ordering.

QUESTION:
I found a product you sell at competitor's site for a cheaper price, will you match it?

ANSWER:
If you find a cheaper price on an item else ware, please contact us and we will let you know if we can beat it. We try to offer the most competitive pricing available, however occasionally other sources do undercut us. We feel that quality service and fast shipping far outweigh the occasional price differential.

QUESTION:
Can I order by Phone?

ANSWER:
No. We ask that all customers purchase directly through the web site. We have multiple payment gateways set up and online inventory capabilities to be able to process almost all order combinations.
