Jupiter Wholesale Shipping & Returns

 Shipping Notes:

We reserve the right to use a shipping method other than what you have selected depending on our shipping schedules.  If an alternative method is used it will be similar or shorter in shipping time from the one you have chosen.  Tracking numbers are standard for most orders except items shipped via USPS Flat Mail.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your order not including major holidays and weekends.  When possible, we will ship your order same day or within 1 day.  Occasionally orders will take longer then the norm to ship.

We Ship using USPS, UPS and for a select few items, DHL.   Our items ship from several warehouses across the country so your order may be shipped from multiple destinations in multiple boxes.

If the item you  purchase is out of stock and will not be back in stock within a few days, we will contact you and give you the option to have the order shipped when the item is back in stock or select an alternate size, color or item or get a full refund (whichever option you prefer).  We make every effort to make sure items do not go out of stock and to properly mark items as out of stock if they are sold out, but we cannot guarantee this situation will never occur.

Returns Policy:

To keep our wholesale prices low, all sales on this site are final. We will exchange within 10 days of receipt of an item any item that arrives DOA "Dead on Arrival" or with serious manufactures defects for the same item. If the item is no longer available, we will exchange it for a similar item of your choice or a store credit.

Exceptions:

E-books - If you are unhappy for any reason with your e-book, just let us know and we will replace it via an e-mail download link with any other e-book of your choice.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange a defective item, please contact us shortly after receipt of item and request an exchange. We will provide you with an exchange authorization # and return address. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer - we cover the shipping of the replacement to you or your customer. For a few items, return shipping is not required and you will be notified of this in the response to your request. Returns should be postmarked no later than 10 days after receipt of order. Some closeout items are not exchangeable and are not covered by any warranty. These few items make mention of this in their description. Broken items as a result of mishandling, use other than manufacture recommended or as a result from shipping damage are not covered. Shipping damage is only covered if you select the option shipping insurance or a shipping method which is insured such as USPS Priority Mail Insured or UPS Ground.

Shipping Damage
  • You must have the delivery agent note any visible damage to the exterior of your package upon delivery. (Including and not limited to: crushed boxes, wet boxes, partially opened or destroyed boxes, etc.) If you are not present at time of delivery and notice such types of damage, immediately contact the delivery carrier to note this damage and open under their direction only.
  • All merchandise is inspected prior to shipment. If you do not purchase USPS Priority Mail (Insured) or UPS services for your shipping method, you will Have no protection from lost or damaged shipments. It is strongly recommended you select an insured shipping method for your purchase protection.
  • We require that the cost of postage for any return of merchandise for any reason is the responsibility of the customer. No exceptions are made. In kind, the importer makes all necessary checks to insure that all merchandise shipped is without defect.
  • Unauthorized Returns
    In the event that you return an item without obtaining a return authorization #, the returned package may either be refused, or accepted and a 20% Admin fee deducted from the amount of the refund/credit.

    Lost Shipments
    If you do not receive your Package within 7-10 days, please contact us for a tracking number if available. Most packages are shipped with either a tracking or delivery confirmation number. If you selected an insured delivery method, a claim will be filed upon receiving your notification of the lost package. A replacement shipment or refund will be issued upon successful completion of the insurance claim and at no time before.

    Undeliverable Shipments
    Any package returned as undeliverable will 1st be checked to verify the package was addressed per your order submission. If properly addressed, a refund for the package minus shipping costs and a 20% Admin fee will be issued. If improperly addressed, the package will be re shipped at no cost to the customer.
